Who is Robert Snow?

Robert Snow was born in the summer of 1972 in Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex . He remembers very clearly the train station graffiti that had the words 'No' sprayed just before the word 'Hope'. Even as a child back in the 70's Robert couldn't understand why somebody would want to speak that over their life or town.

Through Roberts' school years he had big dreams of becoming a professional photographer. He used to trek for hours on end taking photos of anything with an artistic angle to capture. This all came to an abrupt end when Roberts' careers advisor told him to "Stop living in a dream land, it's far too competitive. Get a proper job in a factory!"

Robert unfortunately took his careers teachers advise and took this route for a number of years. However, it never felt right! Robert always wanted more than this and it became the pivotal moment that changed Roberts' life.

Robert In Italy

"I remember sitting down at the age of 14 with my cousin Alison and dreaming of the future. We both had this... I guess you would call it a 'knowing' that we had a calling. We were both going to do something special with our lives! Something that would make a difference! Most of my school reports said the same thing. They said "Robert is a very likeable boy who can get on with anyone. He will do very well in life if he will just stop talking and stop dreaming". I now know that Dreamers who take action change the world! One thing I will never do is stop talking. It is great to be a messenger for philosophy of the greats. A teacher to the dreamers. A dream builder. I have learnt that it's okay to dream! We all have the power to live our dreams. We just need to apply a few simple habits. Don't let anyone steal that from you!"

Robert decided to take his talent as a dancer to the stage. With years of experience in break dancing and body popping in the 80's, the natural progression for Robert was to create a stage show. It was then that Robert formed a Michael Jackson Tribute show under his stage name of R DaCosta. Robert had success with his show performing across the UK and into Europe at some exclusive venues for over 10 years. Over time Robert felt the hunger for this subside and he then knew it was time for a new challenge. He continued working as a backing dancer for a number of top acts until he felt it was time to hang up the dancing shoes. Robert does still perform with his tribute show when he is booked to do so as it is a shame to waste a talent.

Roberts' next venture had to be something that was a little different. Something that he had a hunger for. Something that would make a difference to those around him. Robert had always been interested in the philosophy behind those who succeed in life and those who find life a challenge, having seen both sides in his life. Robert had witnessed the stage life where people who had appeared to have it all together had fallen to a life of insecurity, drugs and a total loss of self esteem, yet they would hide behind a mask. This was also a battle that Robert had dealt with himself. During this time he had immersed himself in personal development and philosophy with books like 'The Magic of Thinking Big' 'Think and Grow Rich' and 'The Bible'. Robert began to grow on the inside. He would study the rich and successful reading at least 2 books a month, attending seminars across the country over a period of 10 years. He realised that for his world to change, he had to change. And this is what Robert did. He changed his world.

Robert studied and achieved his certificate in Personal Coaching helping business owners, entrepreneurs, sportsmen, entertainers, students and even young offenders. His love of seeing people change their lives by changing their mindset and attitude grew and continues to grow; so much so that Robert launched a series of intimate success workshops for businesses based on 'Goal setting' and the 'Attitudes of the Successful'. Robert loved being back on the stage presenting something that he held with a passion and felt the natural progression would be to head in the direction of public speaking. Robert began presenting his speeches on self worth and inner confidence to school students and businesses with excellent feedback; however Robert wanted to be better. He joined a speakers club so he could build on his presentation and speaking ability and later became the club secretary. Robert was encouraged by his Toastmasters club to enter the speaking competitions as this would certainly help build his profile as a speaker of which it certainly has. Robert took 3 awards in 2009 and in the beginning of 2010 he took home another 3 speaking awards within the International competition.

This is just the beginning. This is the start of a journey. Robert is excited having helped so many people to make positive changes in their life that he does not plan to stop their. To see the positive effect speakers like Jim Rohn, Dr Wayne Dyer and Tony Robins have made across the UK , USA and the world, Roberts dream is to follow to his destiny. Is it written?
